Prenatal and Postpartum Care Package
This package is designed for women who wish to receive gentle support both before birth and after their baby is born. It offers space for conscious preparation for birth.
The package includes:

3 prenatal sessions, 120 minutes each (birth preparation, creating a birth plan, practical information about birth and the period after your baby is born, and practice with a demonstration doll)

Preparation of your birth plan

3 postpartum visits, 90 minutes each (topics tailored to the woman’s needs, for example breastfeeding support, baby care, baby handling, babywearing, sharing cacao together, and more)

Personalised Care Package
Sometimes a woman does not need a full package, but rather one dedicated session in which she receives exactly the support she is looking for at that moment.
This package offers 90 minutes of individual care tailored to your current needs — during pregnancy, after birth, and throughout the postpartum period.
The session may include, for example:
